Culturally informed care at home, built from lived experience—not assumptions.
Talk to someone who understands01 More than a diagnosis
Through our sister organisation Plasma of Hope, our leadership has spent five years listening to and standing beside people living with sickle cell and thalassaemia.
That experience shapes a different kind of support—one that recognises the whole person, understands cultural context and helps families navigate life before, during and after a hospital admission.
Our developing pathway
Services will grow carefully as our registrations, clinical team and NHS pathways develop.
Clinical monitoring, medication administration and crisis treatment are future services and will only begin with the required CQC registration and NHS clinical governance.
When care understands the life around the condition, trust arrives sooner.
MJN Care approach
Symptoms, pain and previous experiences are listened to with respect.
Carers receive practical understanding without taking agency away from the person.
Our long-term aim is joined-up support with haematology, primary care and virtual wards.
Start with a conversation
Whether you are planning care for yourself, someone you love, or a patient you support—we will listen first.
